The weekend begins with fellowship and an inspiring speaker focused on emotional sobriety. It’s a time to settle in, connect with others, and set the mood for a weekend of healing and reflection.

A day dedicated to spiritual and emotional growth. Starting with an optional AA meeting and outdoor spiritual movement, we'll then move through guided step work, breakout sessions, and meditation. The day emphasizes humility, self-awareness, and connection with a Higher Power, culminating in group exercises and meaningful reflection.
